Cupri Sulphas, commonly known as Copper Sulphate is an inorganic compound comprised of copper, sulphur and oxygen.
Synonyms - Blue Vitroil, Bluestone
Uses - Historically used as a powerful emetic (induces vomiting). Used in the process of testing blood for anaemia and is an effective anti-fungal treatment in horticulture.
Characteristics - Has a strong metallic taste.
